Generate images in Claude with MCP
Image generation from Claude works the same way as video: connect the StoryStudio MCP server once, then describe what you want in plain language. StoryStudio picks the model, generates the image, and returns it in the same conversation.
How smart image generation works
You do not need to know which model fits your brief. Ask for "a 16:9 cinematic product shot for a movie poster" and StoryStudio's smart image tool reads the request, picks a suitable model (Nano Banana 2 for most requests, GPT-Image 2 when you are editing an existing image), sets the aspect ratio, and generates. If you already dropped a reference photo in the chat, it is reused automatically.
Editing an existing image
If you ask Claude to change something about an image already in the conversation, StoryStudio switches models automatically to one built for edits rather than regenerating from scratch, which keeps the parts of the image you did not ask to change intact.
What happens after generation
Every generated image can be upscaled to HD, used as a reference for a follow-up image, or animated into video with the same MCP connection, all from the same chat.
